Over one hundred children in Devon have already entered LogoLiftOff! competition - run by the UK space Agency - to design a logo that will be displayed on rockets launching from the UK later this year. And with under a month to go until the deadline, pupils from Mount Tamar School still have a chance to win!
This is an amazing opportunity for our students to learn about essential work of small satellites in the modern world... and maybe even see your design on the side of a rocket!
Mount Tamar School pupils’ logos will need to reflect the role of small satellites, so they have designed fun curriculum-linked activities to help them learn all about it. Our activities to help children understand more about the role of small satellites have been downloaded over 5000 times by educators like you from across the UK.
Entries close on Friday 11th March, so make sure you get yours in on time!
