We offer high quality tailored careers and employability education. This involves building our pupils understanding of the world of work and the different pathways open to them. We work with our pupils individually to help them recognise their skills and talents and nurture their interests. 

An essential part of our careers and employability education is giving our pupils an experience of different careers and workplace environments through a series of work tasters. Our pupils benefit enormously from this and it helps them begin to focus on career pathways that are appropriate and interesting to them.

This, in turn, leads onto work placements. We use a range of experienced providers who offer structured work placements that develop young peoples practical skills, knowledge, confidence and social skills.
