Compass is a free tool for schools and colleges in England, that quickly and easily helps us to evaluate our careers activity against the eight benchmarks of best practice – known as the Gatsby Benchmarks.

The tool was built in partnership with the Gatsby Charitable Foundation, to help us to easily discover your strengths and find areas for improvement. Once completed, the tool provides us with a report and resources to help us to achieve each benchmark.

We believe that through effective and independent reporting (we use our local Enterprise Advisor to evaluate our careers work) and the results are used as a basis of our careers development plan.
